Bridgette Louthian lives in the Colonial Heights area of Kingsport. She is a graduate of Sullivan Central High School and has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from ETSU. Bridgette is a licensed property and casualty agent. She also has many years of experience in the customer service field. She serves as our Customer Service Manager as well as handling auto and homeowners insurance.

Becky is a native of Johnson City. She is a graduate of Science Hill High School and has an Associate Degree in Business Science. Becky was licensed in life and health insurance in 1996. Her experience includes insurance consulting as an independent agent, as well as, account representation for a major managed care organization.

In 1991, Outstanding Young Women of America recognized Becky for her outstanding professional achievement and community service. Becky lives with her husband in the Boones Creek area. Becky handles individual and small group products, including medical, disability, life, long term care (LTC), and dental. She is also a certified Medicare specialist.
